Objective: Students will learn about God’s faithfulness, guidance, and covenant with His people through the story of the Israelites’ journey in the desert after leaving Egypt. They will understand:

• That God provided manna from heaven to feed His people and taught them to trust Him each day.
• That God gave Moses the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai to guide His people in loving Him and one another.
• That God commanded the Israelites to build the Ark of the Covenant as a sign of His presence among them.
• That the Israelites wandered in the desert for forty years, learning faith and obedience before entering the Promised Land.
• That God remained with His people through every trial, proving His love and faithfulness never fail.
• That the story of the Exodus teaches us to trust God’s plan, follow His commands, and believe that He always provides for His children.
